The Bard is Back!
Water Works Theatre Company returns to mighty Will Shakespeare in 2008 with the Bard's most famous masterpiece, Romeo and Juliet. Set in romantic "godfather-style" Italy, and directed by Water Works and Hilberry veteran Jeff Thomakos, this summer's Shakespeare in the Park in Royal Oak will thrill your heart with the most beloved love story of all time. Don't miss this exciting professionally-cast and locally-created production. The show runs July 24 through August 10 in Royal Oak's Starr Jaycee Park, located on 13 Mile Road between Main and Crooks.

"Early Bard" Discount!

Buy early and save! Order tickets for Romeo and Juliet by May 16, and your price will be only $18.00 for adults and $14.00 for seniors, children and adult groups of 10 or more. After May 9, tickets are $20.00 and $16.00.

Ticket Purchase Information

All tickets are general admission and may be used for any show.

Limit 2 children per paying adult.

Performances, July 24-27, July 31-August 3 and August 7-10, 2008, begin at 8:00 pm on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, and at 6:00 pm on Sundays.

You can purchase tickets online now (a $1.50 service charge will be applied to each online order). Tickets purchased online before July 17 can be mailed to you or held at Will Call at the Park. Tickets ordered online after July 18 will be held for you at the Starr Jaycee Park box office (please bring your printed receipt).

You may also purchase tickets (cash or check only) at the Starr Jaycee Park box office one hour before each performance.
